Dr. Bharti Venkatesh (Maiden name: Dr. Bharti Kollan)

Post Doctoral (Pune), Ph.D. (Gujarat), MA. (Gujarat)

Presently a faculty of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal (MANIT). A Former Faculty of Psychology in CU Shah Art’s college Ahmedabad (1997-2005), Nursing College, Ahmedabad (2004-05) and Indira Gandhi National Open University Ahmedabad (2004-05). She worked as a Post Doctoral Scholar in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) with the then Dean Prof. Indira J Parikh (2001-05) and conferred her Post Doctoral degree from FLAME. Done her Ph.D in Social Psychology, under the guidance of Dr. Bhalchandra H Joshi, Principal of C. U. Shah Art’s College.

Done her Master Degree in Criminal Psychology from School of Psychology, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and her Bachelor in Psychology from St. Xavier’s Art’s and Science College, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad

Also the International Biographical Centre (IBC), Cambridge, England has published her biography in their 2005 & 2006 editions as ‘2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21^st Century’. Marquis Who’s Who in the world has also nominated her for their March, 2006 Volume 23^rd edition as ‘Achiever’s from around the World’. She has written many papers in the field of Management & Organizational Behavior along with Prof. Indira J Parikh, which has been published in IIMA and also authored more than 20 technical papers and three case studies. Presently, she is co-authoring a book on Organizational Development with Prof. Indira J Parikh, president FLAME, Pune.
