Dr. Bryan Bennett is an assistant professor of political science at Fort Hays State University. His teaching interests are in the areas of environmental and constitutional law and policy, legal advocacy, and public law. He is active on the university’s Faculty Development Committee, is a member of several other university level committees, and has received a nomination for FHSU’s Pilot Award for outstanding teaching. His work on departmental assessment has been presented at the American Political Science Association Teaching and Learning conference. He also sits on the advisory board of Kansas Legal Services which provides legal assistance to low-income and special needs clients. He holds a BA in English from FHSU and a JD from the University of Virginia.
