Li Chi-Sing’s Ph.D. is in counseling with a minor in psychology from Texas A&M Commerce. He is currently an assistant professor in the department of Educational Leadership and Counseling at His research interests are the impairment of counseling students, applying DeBono’s Six Thinking Hats in couple counseling and supervision, working with international students on college compus, online education, and crisis management in schools. Chi-sing is the coordinator of the field practicum for the counseling students in the master’s program.
