Dr. Hermond is an associate professor in Prairie View A&M University’s Department of Educational Leadership and Counseling. Since 2006 he has been serving as the coordinator of the doctoral program in Educational Leadership. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Hermond served as senior researcher with Decision Information Resources, a consulting firm that caters to the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services. Dr. Hermond also served on the faculty at the University of Houston.
