BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Enamiroro Patrick Oghuvbu was born on the 28th January 1957 at Illutitun, Ondo State Nigeria. He is currently a Senior lecturer and Acting Head of Department of Educational Administration and Policy Studies, Delta State University Abraka. He was educated at the University of Benin for the First and Second degrees, where he obtained B.Ed (Hons) Mathematics 1986, M.Ed, Educational planning, 1990 and the Delta State University Abraka, where he obtained a Doctorate Degree in Educational Administration in 1998. He has published several research articles in National and international Journals. He is happily married with Children.
