Four Arrows, formerly the Dean of Education at Oglala Lakota College,
is currently a professor in Fielding’s School of Educational Leadership
and Change. He is the author of numerous chapters, articles and books
on subjects relating to motivational psychology, Indigenous worldview,
character education, and educational foundations. His work may be
