Gail Ring received her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the
School of
Teaching and Learning at the
University of
Florida. She is the Director of the Center for Technology in Education at
Ball
State
University.
Dr.
Ring’s research interests involve the study of innovation diffusion in
an academic setting, specifically as it relates to the use of digital
portfolios in a K-20 environment and the use of simulations in middle
school science.
