Heidi Joy Gregory-Mina, MBA, MS
Heidi Joy Gregory-Mina, earned her BSBA in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University, an MBA from University of Massachusetts – Boston, an MS in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership with University of Phoenix. Her dissertation focuses on Women in Leadership and her research interests are in leadership and the impact leadership has on organizations.
Heidi is the Grants and Research Manager for the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center / Boston University Medical Campus / Veteran’s Association – Jamaica Plain Campus. She is also an adjunct lecturer at University of Massachusetts – Boston. Heidi is active in the following organizations: Young Women’s Task Force (Area Director), Academy of Management (Member), American College of Healthcare Executives (Member), Society for Advancement of Management (Member) and National Council of University Research Administrators (Member). She also belongs to the following honorary societies: National Scholars Honor Society, Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society, Golden Key International Honour Society, and was the 2001 recipient of the Harry Olson Memorial Scholarship.
