Dr. Spohn holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from
Gonzaga
University in
Spokane,
WA, a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from
Eastern
Washington
University, and certifications in School Psychology and Gerontology. In addition, she is a state licensed Mental Health Counselor and is employed at
Spokane
Falls
Community College as a Psychology Instructor. Her research interests are in applying evolutionary psychology theory to organizational behavior and leadership, counseling theory, and marketing.
