Nwachukwu Prince Ololube is a doctoral student (ABD) in the Department of Applied Sciences of Education,
University of Helsinki Finland. Ololube holds a “bachelor’s degree” in
political science education, “master’s degree” in educational
management and planning and a “postgraduate diploma” in human resources
management technology. Ololube is also a member of several professional
associations for education and his research focuses on institutional
management and leadership, school effectiveness, teacher effectiveness
and quality improvement, educational management and planning, and
information and communication technology (ICT) in education. Ololube
has published in various international journals, and leading
