Seaweed contains an enormous amount of vital nutrients Carbohydrates, Protein, Dietary fiber, Vitamins and Minerals. Seaweeds can help to build and sustain the broad nutritional balance in the body. Epidemiological evidence suggests that regular seaweed consumption may protect against the diseases of modernity. Among the functional effectiveness of the seaweed, nutritional and health related benefits have been widely studied in many countries. Regularly consuming the seaweed based fiber diet has been shown to encourage the healthy growth of intestinal flora, which is the good bacteria that work to strengthen our immune system. Gut health and overall body health are closely linked and the fiber found in seaweed improves both. Seaweed increases the production of white blood cells, the cells that are responsible for fighting off invasive bacterial and viral infections in our body. Seaweed helps to increase the production of antibodies to generate an immune response against viral infections and increase the immunity. Seaweed is full of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, so that it will improve immune power and may protect infectious body from Covid 19.
