The increase in the growth of the usage of internet over the pastseveral yearshas been advanced to conduct the businesses like all the activities involved in business and specially the human resource management. To put the right person at the right place is one in every of the most important challenges for Human Resource Department. Nowadays, on-line recruitment has becomea major source for the recruitment of Human Resource. It is a good tool for achievement as a result of it saves the cost incurred for the process of recruitment and selection. The MNC uses several strategies additionally accessible for International Corporation i.e. their website, resume banks, job boards or the advertisement of the newspaper. This paper discussed about the concern of the basic theory of e-recruitment from the angle of job aspirants. As compared to traditional technique of recruitment, online-recruiting processes provides a rise within the firm’s potency by lowering the cost of recruitment and deals advantages and openings to job aspirants directly. The findings of this study are that job aspirants use the various primary drivers for following the web recruitment job and therefore the technological development of a company act as successful factor of e-recruitment.
