Need of Reforms in Higher Education in India: For Global Standard

The global ranking of universities are depends on an evaluation of the institutional performance within the areas of quality research and teaching, infrastructure, achievements and reputation of college members, performance of employers, availability of resources , enrolment of international students, sports related facilities and other extension and curricula activities etc. Accreditation for higher learning is overseen by 15 autonomous institutions established by the University Grants Commission, whereas, the measure of quality assurance India established accreditation agencies in 1994. Indian education is in need of radical reforms.
