Millennial Managers Expectations From Their Work Place – A Case Study

Individuals who were born between 1981 and 2000 are referred to as Millennial, also called Gen Y, Generation Me, and Nexters. The expectations employees have concerning what they desire to receive from their employers are employees’ job expectations. The data for the study was collected using 5 point likert scale from 42 employees working in different managerial positions of Bajaj Finserv, Vijayawada. The present study focused on certain expectations of millennia’s from their job which included training, professional development, fair treatment, trust, recognition of talent, career advancement, compensation, benefits, achievements, rewards and job security. Analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. Coefficient of Variance and Multiple Correlations are the two statistical tools applied for the data.
