SOME CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE FORMATION OF THE GENERAL WELFARE STATE THEORY

Abstract

The article discusses the formation and stages of development of the theory of the state with general welfare. First of all, the theories of ideal state projects and social utopia, the emergence of theories of collective agreement as an alternative, the role of collective agreement theory in the origin of the social state, the tasks of the social state are described.
